Sand Cloud Ambassador

Just the other day, I was browsing the ole’ World Wide Web (like I do with most hours of my day) when I came across this company called Sand Cloud.

Sand Cloud was started a few years ago by a few individuals that wanted to do something to give back. It is a company that works to save and protect marine life and uses that idea as the core of everything that they do. They have partnered with many organizations, some that work on animal rescue and cleanups, and others that work to influence legislation. Some of these organizations include the Marine Conservation Institute, the Surfrider Foundation, the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, and the San Diego Coastkeeper. With every purchase, 10% of the proceeds are donated back to saving marine life!

I’m so excited to have the opportunity to be an ambassador for this company as everyone should work to improve a cause as important as this! Not only does it benefit marine life, but it allows myself to feel as if I’m giving back as well!

Sand Cloud was featured on ABC’s popular TV show, Shark Tank, just a few months ago. On Shark Tank, the three founders sought out $200,000 in exchange for 8% of their company. The product that was pitched was their most focused on product, their light-weight, Turkish cotton beach towel. Robert, one of the sharks, made a deal for $200,000 in exchange for 15% of their company, and although it was more equity than expected, it was a huge opportunity for the company to grow their business.

Linked below is Sand Cloud’s website! They offer a wide variety of colors and patterns on their unique towels, as well as T-shirts and accessories! Recently, I ordered the Blue Whale Tail Short Sleeve shirt an I absolutely love the color and the design!
